Dr. Visit today...

OK, so I was ready for my first fill today, and Dr. Richards was ready too...  but the port didn't want to play today!    It seems to be positioned on an odd angle since I've been loosing weight, so he tried to get me a table in radiology, but that didn't work, so my first fill will now happen March 10th!   (Let us hope that the third time is a charm!)

He did get me numb, he did insert the saline needle, but couldn't get it in the port.  So...  I can say the numbing, the big needle in and out wasn't bad.  

On March 10th, I will go into radiology and they will be able to find the exact location and all will be well! 

Dr. Richards is happy with my progress still and how well everything seems to be moving right along and off for me!

So, if he is happy, I'm happy..  would have liked to have a fill for more restriction, but it is only a couple weeks away!

Sorry that you didn't get your fill.........been there done that. I can relate to wanting more restriction. They will take at look at you on the 10th and just see why the heck that port is hiding........lol You are doing great......keep it up.

Sorry you are having to play peek-a-boo with your port...hopefully it will make its location known soon!  You are doing so great, despite not having today's fill!!!  I love watching your ticker tick away....keep that great attitude!! Micheala.
